Scrum is an agile, iterative way of releasing work in short sprint cycles (typically 1-4 weeks) in order to learn, get feedback, and adapt your plan and priorities. It’s great for projects.

Kanban is similar to Scrum, but it is more suited to business-as-usual (BAU) teams, and where a fixed sprint cycle may not be appropriate. Kanban is ideal for teams that constantly receive incoming requests and have to constantly prioritise and deliver outcomes.
